Commitment to Reinvesting
Rooted in the principles of sustainable tourism, the fund is our commitment to reinvesting in the places we operate. We do this by funding projects that are purpose driven towards protecting natural environments, empowering local communities, and helping to preserve the culture and character in our destinations.

We focus on initiatives that take place in one of the destinations our brands operate in, reflect our values and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with particular emphasis on:
How it works
Applying for the Travel Connect Fund is simple. Start by submitting your project idea through our application form. Each application is reviewed against our guidelines to ensure it aligns with our mission of supporting sustainable and community-driven initiatives. Selected projects will move forward into a partnership phase, where we provide funding and support to help bring your ideas to life. Our fund places special emphasis on projects that support the SDGs: Good Health and Wellbeing, gender equality, sustainable cities and communities, climate action, life on land.

Everyone is welcome to apply or suggest a project if your project meets our eligibility criteria listed above.

Selection
A dedicated committee, made up of employees from across the company, reviews donation requests twice a year.

Partnership
Applications are reviewed twice a year, with donations awarded in January and September.
